At end of Rt I-80 East or end of NJ Turnpike/ Rt 95 North head toward the George Washington Bridge in the Local Lanes. At end near bridge keep in the third lane from the right heading toward the upper deck of the bridge, get off at exit 72 titled "Palisades Parkway". At the end of this exit you will come to a light, turn left at light. Go north for 1 mile to entrance for Palisades Parkway (north). Get onto the parkway, go north on the Parkway to exit 4, "Route 9W". At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 9W North. Cross over the border into New York State, and then go exactly two more miles on 9W. Turn right at the sign for "TALLMAN STATE PARK". (This is Rockland Road). Stay straight on Rockland Road until it ends at a stop sign. At the stop, turn right onto Ferdon Ave. Staying straight, you'll go through a traffic light. At this point, the name of the road changes to Piermont Ave. Go around a curve and we are the fifth building on the left.
